Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to ensure easy tracking.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
